Terms And Condition
- Student may be required to send additional documents as and when required for the application process. In case, the documents are not provided by the client, “Click Transcripts” may cancel the application.
- In case, due to technical issues or any other reason, the fees paid by the client is less than the actual fees, “Click Transcripts” may ask the client to pay the additional fees. Click Transcripts have all rights to reject any application without giving any reasons to client.
- In case of cancellation or rejection of the application for any reason, after it has been submitted to the university, “Click Transcripts” may deduct GST, service fee & transactional charges and refund the application fees back to the student after deduction.
- A minimum of Rs. 500/- will be deducted as convenience/cancellation fee in case of application cancellation/rejection. GST paid is non-refundable in case of application cancellation.
- After an application has been submitted to the university, in case there is a delay of more than 2 and half months from the given ETA, even after providing all the correct/complete documents and information, the Client, may ask to withdraw the application and get 50% refund of our service fee.
- In case after an application has been submitted to the university, it is kept on hold due to lack of information or providing incomplete/wrong documents or any other reason, the application will get closed automatically after 4 months. No refunds shall be applicable in that case.
- Whatever transcripts, the University will create, if there is any “error’’ in it, then it is not the responsibility of the “Click Transcripts” it will not get a refund.
- “Click Transcripts” will not be responsible for any loss or damage of documents/mark-sheets/transcripts due to any accidents/thefts/natural calamity etc. Once the order is ready, the application will get closed automatically after 1 month and transcripts/documents related to the order will be shredded, if not collected by the client within 2 month due to any reasons. No refunds shall be applicable in such a case.
PROCEDURE TO RAISE A REFUND REQUEST:
- Type the following refund request letter on a paper and fill in the blanks as per your specific case. Take a print of the letter, sign it and send us a scan of the signed letter. Refund Request Letter:

I further state that I had received the services as promised, in a timely manner. However, on account of unexpected circumstances, the transcripts are no longer useful. Where for Click Transcripts.com cannot be held liable in any manner. But anyhow, the documents are now not of any used to me. Under the company policy, I am asking the refund of money paid to the company. I will not be involved in any litigation and will not claim any amount other than this refund. Please, issue me a refund at your early convenience.
- Every refund request will be processed within 7 working days. We will refund and credit the amount to the customer’s bank account 5-7 working days.
- Once the documents have been dispatched, and tracking number will shared “Click Transcripts” will not be responsible for any lost, misplaced or damaged courier/post and the policies of the respective courier/postal company will be applicable in any such case.
- In case the university/college authorities ask for applicant’s contact information due to any reason, we will be bind to disclose the same.
- The time estimates given are based on past experience or historical data of delivery times by the educational institutes. The actual time taken may vary a lot from the given estimates. Click Transcripts acts as a facilitator in India on behalf of the customer and, as such, cannot be held responsible for bureaucratic delays when dealing with government bodies/academic institutions/external agencies.
- Click Transcripts applies to university on behalf of customer and university issues the transcript as per its rules and format. “Click Transcripts” cannot make any changes in the format or remove any error caused by the university and as such will not be responsible for any causes generated due to error done by university.
- The prices are inclusive of all the costs like university/college fee, service charges, packaging, stationary. The terms and conditions may be revised from time to time. You agree, as we do, to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kanpur (U.P., India).
- The Applicant agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Company, Click Transcripts and/or its affiliates, their websites and their respective lawful successors and assigns from and against any and all losses, liabilities, claims, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees and disbursements in connection there with and interest chargeable thereon) asserted against or incurred by Click Transcripts and/or its affiliates, partner websites and their respective lawful successors and assigns that arise out of, result from, or may be payable by virtue of, any breach or non-performance of any representation, warranty, covenant or agreement made or obligation to be performed by the applicant pursuant to this agreement. The applicant shall be solely and exclusively liable for any breach of any country specific rules and regulations or general code of conduct and Click Transcripts cannot be held responsible for the same.
- Any and all disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be settled by Arbitration in accordance with the provisions of the Indian Arbitration Act, currently called the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 or any statutory amendments there to. The Arbitral Tribunal shall consist of a Sole Arbitrator to be appointed by the Company. Where the provision for arbitration is invoked by the User, all expenses for such arbitration shall be borne by the User till the passing of the award by the Arbitrator. The Arbitrator shall determine the liability of the Company to pay costs for such arbitration based on the nature of the claim raised by the User (whether such claims are frivolous or otherwise), amount claimed, amount awarded and such other circumstances as the Arbitrator may consider reasonable. Where the provision for arbitration is invoked by the Company, the costs of the arbitration proceedings shall be borne equally by the Parties, subject to determination by the Arbitrator and recorded in the award. The venue of such arbitration shall be Kanpur (City), Uttar Pradesh (State), India (Country). The Agreement shall be governed by the Laws of India. The procedure shall be governed by the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
- We are a service provider only. We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable. You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you. You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk. The service and all products and services delivered to you through the service are (except as expressly stated by us) provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ for your use, without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.
- In no case shall Click Transcripts, our parent company, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
